The patch for https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=300702 addresses this as well. Same root cause. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 300702 ***

On a release build, this bug is experienced as the Print menu showing up when pressing the keyboard shortcut CMD+P
