In the review for the PR that fixes bug #300616 it was noted that may be better to return RefPtr<RTCRtpTransceiver> from the GStreamerPeerConnectionBackend::{newRemote}existingTransceiver() methods. The discussion can be found here: https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/52228#discussion_r2425809209
