rdar://162125588 Once https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=300529 has gone in and been shown to be stable for a few days, we can open up the build option to enable the open-source build on all platforms. This does not necessarily enable MTE itself on all platforms, as there's still a runtime check for whether or not the feature is supported.
