Version: STP 229, WebKit 20623.1.9.1 STR: 1. Load attached testcase 2. Note outer scroller's size 3. Scroll back up on outer scroller 4. Scroll all the way down on inner scroller 5. Note outer scroller's size 6. Resize the browser window 7. Note outer scroller's size Actual: * Scroller size in step 5 is the same as step 2: Scroller size accomodates the green element when the inner scroller is scrolled all the way up. * Step 7 scroller size shrinks to accomodate the inner scroller which is now the bottommost element Expected: * Scroller size in steps 5 and 7 are equal * As per [this discussion](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/12898), I think it's intended that the scroller size should shrink as I scroll in step 4.
