The CDMSessionMediaSourceAVFObjC needed o be called with addSourceBuffer/removeSourceBuffer due to rdar://problem/20027434 ; a problem resolved in 2015. This code also became a no-op as we don't rely on its filtering of errors. We can remove this code and simplify the relationship between SourceBufferPrivateAVFObjC and CDMSessionMediaSourceAVFObjC
