ImageBufferPixelFormat did not have a value for RGBA8. But RGBA8 is the first enum value of PixelFormat. Since the tests under LayoutTests/ipc which calls CreateImageBuffer sends numeric values for the PixelFormat, these values have to be shifted by 1 after this change.
