We correctly calculate the bounding box of fragmented anchors inside multi-column containers in general, but for writing-mode: vertical-rl, we aren't converting the coordinates correctly. This causes failures in the anchor-position-multicol-007 and anchor-position-multicol-008 WPT tests.
