REPRODUCIBILITY:
I was able to reproduce the text failure using the command:

run-webkit-tests fast/images/background-image-size-changes-fractional-position.html --ios-simulator --force

Referring to the history, it seems that this test has been constantly failing since it was turned on for iOS at 295519@main.

Correction -- it seems like this test has been failing for quite some time. Results database is showing (expected) failures since iOS 14, viewable with this link:
