Check the UI Process b/f list (WebBackForwardList) after the push operation in LayoutTests/imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/navigation-api/navigation-methods/navigate-history-push-same-url-cross-document.html and you'll see that a new history entry was not created, and it should have been
