I haven't been able to reproduce this, it seems like one of the many general issues with media events in testing.

We can remove this test in favor of WPT test similar to Blink / Chromium - https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src.git/+/7284e5e7452bfeb539b7d1f3c698d8b967371d19
