I was able to reproduce the timeout locally on my device running macOS wk2 Sequoia arm64 Release ToT using the following command:

run-webkit-tests http/tests/media/modern-media-controls/time-control/less-than-10-minutes.html

It seems that this test started to constantly timeout due to the changes made at 299348@main, making it the regression point, especially since it was passing 1 commit prior, at 299347@main.
