When trying to upload an attachment into Gentoo bugzilla, the infamous error page is shown :S

Unable to load page

Problem occurred while loading the URL http://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi

URL cannot be shown

How to reproduce:

1) Remove read privileges from file
2) Try to upload the file

Page loading stalls indefinitely actually. Can be reproduced in many browsers. It should continue to a page indicating file upload failed.
