[webkitapipy] Use "?" to represent unknown class

Summary
[webkitapipy] Use "?" to represent unknown class

As of
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=296133
, allowlisted selectors can omit the "class" field to apply to any class. I'd like to make this more obvious to encourage developers to always provide a class name when it's known.
