is a constant image failure on macOS Sequoia wk2 Release arm64.

Image diffs will be attached to bug, it appears to be off by 0.01%; in the diff shown, pixels are still being leftover in the actual image, very lightly spread across the page.

I was able to reproduce the image failure locally on my device running macOS Sequoia on Release ToT using the following command:

run-webkit-tests imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-fill-stroke/paint-order-001.html
