Image diffs will be attached to bug, it appears to be off by 7.3%, text stating 'Hello' and a black box is supposed to show up on screen, but it does not.

I was able to reproduce this failure on iOS 18 Simulator ToT running the test as follows:  

run-webkit-tests css3/filters/backdrop-filter-page-scale.html --iterations=3
