I was able to reproduce this text failure using iOS 18 Simulator with the command:

run-webkit-tests imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/browsers/the-window-object/open-close/open_initial_size.html --ipad-simulator

This test failure is only occurring on iPadOS and not iOS
