test262 contains test cases that depend on timezone settings[1]. Since my timezone is JST, running the tests directly produces differences (it appears that `JSTests/test262/expectations.yaml` is executed in PST). [1]: test/intl402/Temporal/Instant/prototype/toLocaleString/lone-options-accepted.js
