Summary
[WPE] Measure browser binary size as part of the benchmark tests on the RPi bots

Reported

We want to start tracking browser binary size (specially libWPEWebKit.so) as part of the browserperfdash-runner tests that run on the RPi boards so we can integrate this data on the performance dashboard and keep a track on any changes related to it over time, to facilitate later pointing to specific commits that have caused a significant change in binary size. This bug is for implementing the required changes in the runner to allow this.
