media/media-vp9-yuv422p10.html

The 'New Test' heading is to indicate that a test was added and immediately began failing.
The test was added at 293620@main and has been a consistent image failure since then.

This issue can be reproduced using command:
run-webkit-tests --debug --no-retry --force --iterations=1 media/media-vp9-yuv422p10.html

There is a higher contrast between the Actual and Expected images.
