Description: imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/dom/events/scrolling/scrollend-event-for-user-scroll.html This test has been a flaky failure since approximately March 20, 2024, at 276398@main. That commit may not be responsible, but it indicated the approximate timeframe. FAIL Tests that the target_div gets scrollend event when clicking scrollbar. promise_test: Unhandled rejection with value: "No scrollend event received for target [object HTMLDivElement]"
