[HDR] Remove HDR NativeImage double caching from WebContent process

Summary
[HDR] Remove HDR NativeImage double caching from WebContent process

The tone-mapping of a HDR images with its original colorspace is much better than the tone-mapping of the same image when it is transferred to ExtendedSRGB. So we have to keep the original HDR image and do the tone-mapping in the WebContent process. If the system frameworks support better tone-mapping APIs or a different heuristics for choosing the caching colorspace is implemented, then this double chasing is not needed.
