Created attachment 475122 [details] Decoder Power Efficiency Tests Decoding Capability on Media Capability API for the "webrtc" media type returns true in most of the resolutions and refresh rates when it comes to the HEVC video codec as in the attached test case. Need to improve the accuracy to reflect the actual hardware capability of the specific hardwares.
