On any page with a scrollbar, if you have the inspector open and attached to the browser and not in its own window, typing in the input fields causes the page to jump down. This has been happening since the new inspector was put in place... kind of painful to use with it attached if you do any development with forms etc... See the attached video for an example, notice the jump with every character i type in the search box on the page.
