In https://github.com/KhronosGroup/WebGL/pull/3728 a new test was added verifying the behavior of SVG images without a natural width and height. The test already passed in Firefox, and passes in Chrome with the fix for crbug.com/409203678 . A similar fix will be needed in WebKit.
