WebKitRequirements v2025.04.02 bumped libcurl to v8.13. https://github.com/WebKitForWindows/WebKitRequirements/releases/tag/v2025.04.02 By reloading the following web sites 2-3 times, Some requests start to time out. https://www.nikkei.com/ https://www.yomiuri.co.jp/ This problem can be work around by using libcurl.dll of v8.12.
