Hi Team, While going through random website to figure out `tiny tiny rss`, in the picture, there was `fakecake` website, so I just typed to see what it is. I straight away noticed that the website had choppy animation compared to Chrome Canary 136.0.7100.0 so I raise this bug so we can track and fix it. URL - https://fakecake.org Thanks!

So the performance issue is most easily reproducible with a very large window, preferably not on a laptop, but with an external monitor and a fullscreen window. This content paints everything in a single layer, and the first `<div class="cloud">` element has a CSS gradient as its background. Getting rid of this gradient improves performance, and so does forcing it into a layer using `will-change: transform`. Changing the component to Layout and Rendering.
