When building WPE under a debug configuration, it failed to link with out-of-range relocations, suggesting to use -fdebug-types-section. This was first reported on https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=278861 and had a follow-up with https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=280881.
