This is also reproducible by clicking the mouse in the page contents and dragging it down past the bottom of the page,you'll note that the page scrolls infinitely.

well it doesn't scroll infinitely for me anymore but stil scrolls way pass the bottom of the page while reducing the hight of the scrollbar, weird

nope, at least in the current state of ads in the site (no side panels of flash for example) i can no longer repro
