REPRODUCIBILTIY:

I was able to reproduce this issue on the iOS 18.2 simulator at ToT using the following command:

run-webkit-tests --ios-simulator --child-processes 2 -f imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/html/semantics/disabled-elements/event-propagate-disabled-keyboard.tentative.html --iterations 5

REGRESSION:

This test began failing when moved from iOS 17 to iOS 18.
