This test is constantly failing on macOS Sequoia wk2 w/ x86_64 (not tested on wk1). 
The test is flakily failing on macOS Sonoma wk2 Release.

REPRODUCIBILITY:

I was able to reproduce this failure on MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 (24D70 / x86_64) at ToT with the following command:

run-webkit-tests imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/requestidlecallback/deadline-max-rAF-dynamic.html --debug --iterations 5
