swipe/swipe-disables-view-transition.html

The test was added at 288956@main and has been a consistent timeout since then.

The test fails the floating-point seconds, usually running the test at 30+ seconds.  Due to this, it consistently times out and is confined to Sequoia x86_64 configuration.
