The spec link is here: https://drafts.csswg.org/css-color-hdr/#the-dynamic-range-limit-property This is important for longer battery life and for better user experience.

The CSS dynamic-range-limi property was implemented in 290120@main. See bug 287335. Converting the CSS dynamic-range-limi property to a platform range was implemented in 290795@main. See bug 287776.
