REPRODUCIBILITY:

I was able to reproduce this failure on MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 (24D70 / arm64) at ToT with the following command:

run-webkit-tests imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/navigation-api/navigate-event/navigate-destination-dynamic-index.html --iterations 5

REGRESSION:

I was able to bisect a regression point: this test reproduced at 290200@main, but it did not reproduce at 290199@main. Thus, 290200@main is likely what caused the failures.
