Description George Stamatis 2009-08-27 21:18:28 PDT
Alright after searching the forums for a solution and still reaching a dead end I'm forced to ask Webkit if anything can be fixed on this side.
It has been a known problem for a while but NO fix.

I'm trying to have Safari's autofill fill in my login information on facebook.com. Seems to only have a problem with this one site. Every other site with a password works, but for whatever reason it comes up blank every time I come to this site. Facebook mostly not remember the username/password and sometimes remember.

So, what I have tried so far:
1. Checking in the Safari preferences to delete any evidence of a facebook saved password. Nothing is there.
2. Checking in Keychain to see if there is an old password preference setting for this site. Again, nothing there.
3. Reset Safari.
4. Deleted the plist file.
5. Restarted Safari and re-entered passwords on other sites. Safari prompts to remember them on every site EXCEPT facebook.

I've gone through these steps multiple times and I can't find an answer.

Please check the following site for more info on a known problem:

1. Autofill passwords are a Safari feature, not a WebKit feature.
2. This may be a cookie issue. Cookies are managed by Foundation and CFNetwork rather than WebKi.

Ergo, this isn't a WebKit bug.

Also, this has nothing to do with accessibility.
