Follow up on

). The actual cause was assumed to be the video encoder returning frames out of order. The actual reason was identified elsewhere.

It’s interesting to see how MediaRecorderPrivateEncoder handles frames out of order. Misdiagnosing the issue can lead to confusion, so it’s good that the real cause was found!
