subpixel-border-not-render ## Summary Inconsistent rendering of 0.2px border-top property in WebKit. Specific div elements (33rd, 97th, and 161st) fail to render their border-top while identical neighboring elements render correctly. ## Steps to Reproduce Open the attached test case HTML file in iOS Safari ## Test Configuration OS: iOS16, 17, 18 Hardware: iPhone 14/15/16

I cannot reproduce on STP 215 on a 2x display, so this is probably specific to 3x displays.
