webkit rendering on left, gecko on right This CSS creates a box with a red drop shadow, and renders the whole red rectangle in Blink and Gecko. Webkit clips the red rectangle to the border box div { height: 100px; width: 200px; border: 1px solid black; overflow: auto; filter: drop-shadow(10px 10px 1px red); }

Adobe Express (and Spectrum Web Components) will likely be adding `transform: translate3d(0, 0, 0)` to things to work around this issue in Safari.
