Hi Team, This is to merge two of Blink's patch - which are clean-up related. https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/5260610 https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/5262983 Just raising, so we can fix it. Will do draft PR to see all test failures. Thanks!
