http/tests/websocket/tests/hybi/websocket-allowed-setting-cookie-as-third-party.https.html
http/tests/websocket/tests/hybi/websocket-cookie-overwrite-behavior.https.html

The test expectations were removed for wk2 at commit https://commits.webkit.org/281512@main as part of an update to the tests in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=277238 .
These tests are a constant failure on Sequoia wk1 ToT and since the bring-up.

This issue can be reproduced using the command:
run-webkit-tests -1 --no-retry --force --iterations=1 http/tests/websocket/tests/hybi/websocket-allowed-setting-cookie-as-third-party.https.html http/tests/websocket/tests/hybi/websocket-cookie-overwrite-behavior.https.html
