The test was added at 284937@main and has been a consistent failure on Sequoia wk1 since then.

This issue can be reproduced using command:
run-webkit-tests -1 --no-retry --force --iterations=1 http/tests/download/anchor-download-redirect-cross-origin.html

Result: 
Regressions: Unexpected text-only failures (1)
