Test was marked as failing globally, but following bug 283901 it is no longer failing on Apple's platform. It does fail on GStreamer ones.

According to https://results.webkit.org/?suite=layout-tests&test=imported%2Fw3c%2Fweb-platform-tests%2Fmediacapture-insertable-streams%2FVideoTrackGenerator.worker.html&style=debug that test has been green for a long time. Also the landed glib test expectation for this is incorrect (has spurious "expected" in name). I'll garden this.
