Looking at https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/22/builds/12206 (for https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/36665), it repeatedly lost the race between rebasing with canonicalising, pushing to the PR, and then pushing to main. Ultimately, it gave up. However, it also didn't update the PR to remove the label or let the submitter know that it had failed to update, because: block-pull-request stdio view all 1 line Skipping this step as hash a1d3907991934f230f5037f36d64a87d023421ff is outdated. …but it was outdated _precisely because_ buildbot had itself updated the PR.
