After https://commits.webkit.org/287134@main, AXNotification is an enum class rather than a plain enum, which is good. But now each member of the enum class has a redundant "AX" prefix, since in order to reference any member, we need to prepend "AXNotification::". I propose: AXNotification::ValueChanged over the existing: AXNotification::AXValueChanged
