in tests added in bug 271092 media/media-source/media-source-rvfc-playing-offscreen.html is a permanent failure ; metadata's time returned by the rVFC callback isn't monotonically increasing media/media-source/media-source-rvfc-paused.html times out media/media-source/media-source-rvfc-paused-offscreen.html times out https://ews-build.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/WPE-WK2-Tests-EWS/b65ea716-60900-stress-mode/results.html
