Test added in bug 282220 are a permanent failure: http/wpt/mediarecorder/MediaRecorder-audio-bitrate-mp4-opus.html [ Failure ] http/wpt/mediarecorder/MediaRecorder-audio-bitrate-webm.html [ Failure ] neither webm nor mp4 in opus (similar to another bug where the mime type is ignored)

Currently the GStreamer MediaRecorder configures the bitrate only on the video encoder.
