We will soon store the video rotation in our custom video meta, but that doesn't seem sufficient, even if webkitmediastreamsrc pushes the corresponding tag it doesn't seem to be propagated downstream to the muxer. The encoder might be dropping that meta. To be investigated. Test: http/wpt/mediarecorder/video-rotation.html
