The libsoup library no longer uses the libsoup.org domain for documentation; instead, it appears that it's hosted at https://gnome.pages.gitlab.gnome.org/libsoup instead. This means there are a few broken links in the WebkitGTK source. The one I noticed was here: https://webkitgtk.org/reference/webkit2gtk/2.39.7/migrating-to-webkitgtk-6.0.html (the "Migrating from libsoup 2" link) but it looks like it's mentioned in the code a few other places.
