The CSSWG resolved to make keywords like `cap` and `alphabetic` invalid as the sole value of the property, while `text` and `ideographic` remain valid. In other words, we allow the "duplicate to fill out the second keyword" value, but remove the "default to `text` to fill out the second keyword" value. This is because the defaulting behavior was considered confusing by some authors.
