Created attachment 472950 [details] Screen recording of the issue When scrolling an element with the scrollBy() method and setting the behavior to smooth, the element can be scrolled outside of its boundaries. This issue is occurs in iOS and iPadOS Safari, but not in desktop WebKit. A screen recording of the issue is attached. The corresponding demo code: https://codepen.io/mvsde/pen/wvVdJwB
