Created attachment 472780 [details] Video demonstration Observed with Epiphany 47.0 (from Fedora) and Nightly / TP (flatpak version). The test case is simple: visit https://tabib.ca and scroll up and down just a bit, so that the logo in the navbar resizes with some animation. The Skia version flickers a lot, as you can see in the attached video. This does not affect Epiphany 46.x so this seems to be a Skia port regression?
